How do I claim a refund?
If the goods you bought through the ABC Shop were faulty, did not match the description or were not fit for the purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, exchange, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer for it to be assessed. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the goods (or, at our discretion, we may replace them or refund you) within a reasonable time. If the goods have a major failure, you may reject them and seek a refund or replacement, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value. We will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

International Deliveries / Returns.
Please contact us prior to returning goods to the ABC Shop as no goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and us.
Where we have made an error on an international order, you will be asked to return the items at your own expense, to be reimbursed with a mutually agreed postage charge, after the arrival of the goods at our Fulfilment Centre, and presentation of a receipt showing the postage amount.
Personalised Products and Print on Demand t-shirts
All Personalised Products and Print on Demand t-shirts are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind.. For further enquiries please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 360 111.
How do I exchange an item?
The ABC Shop Online is not able to offer product exchanges, however you may return the unwanted item for a refund of the product price and you can then place a new order for the required item. I have received a faulty item, or the wrong item was sent to me
Please contact us on 1300 360 111 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of faulty, incorrect or omitted items to arrange a replacement or refund.
I bought an ABC product at one of your ABC Centres or another retailer and want to exchange/refund it
Products purchased at ABC Centres and third party retailers cannot be returned or exchanged via the ABC Shop Online. Please approach the store you bought your products from to facilitate this.
