How do I claim a refund?
We will gladly refund products that are still in their original sale condition, on presentation of the original ABC Shop Online receipt.
Please pack the whole item, along with a short note with your instructions, and send it to:

Please note that delivery and packaging charges are not refundable for a change of mind refund.
How do I exchange an item?
The ABC Shop Online is not able to offer product exchanges, however you may return the unwanted item for a refund of the product price and you can then place a new order for the required item. Please follow the instructions above to return your order for a refund. For further enquiries please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 360 111.
I have received a faulty item, or the wrong item was sent to me
Please contact us on 1300 360 111 or by email at email@example.com to advise of faulty, incorrect or omitted items to arrange a replacement or refund.
I bought an ABC product at one of your ABC Centres or another retailer and want to exchange/refund it
Products purchased at ABC Centres and third party retailers cannot be returned or exchanged via the ABC Shop Online. Please approach the store you bought your products from to facilitate this.
